Job Title: Setup Machinist ($27-$34+/Hour)

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Setup Machinist, where you will play a crucial role in installing tooling, part programs, and work-holding into state-of-the-art machines. You will be responsible for running the first piece and ensuring quality inspections are performed as needed. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train operators on processes, contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities

+ Install tooling, part programs, and work-holding into machines.

+ Run first piece and ensure quality inspections are performed.

+ Train operators on processes and machine usage.

+ Work in a modern facility equipped with the latest CNC machines and robotics.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in programming, specifically G Code.

+ Ability to set up tooling and machine fixtures.

+ Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with robotics is highly desirable.

+ Ability to train operators on machine usage and processes.

Work Environment

This position is based in a modern facility, working on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including CNC machines and robotics, providing a clean and safe work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
