Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 3 years of experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions.

+ Experience with network security, data security and regulatory compliance frameworks.

+ Experience managing internal or external customer-facing projects to completion while working with cross functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

+ 3 years of experience in Java.

+ 3 years of experience with Angular.

+ Experience with TypeScript.

+ Experience supporting a global user base and working closely with Engineering and Supply Chain stakeholders.

+ Experience working with data centers, cloud technology companies or manufacturing.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

As a Security Consultant, you will provide excellent technical guidance to customers adopting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. You will provide best practices on secure foundational cloud implementations, automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications, cloud-ready application architectures, and more. You will provide prescriptive guidance in ensuring customers receive the best of what GCP can offer and you will ensure that customers have the best experience in migrating, building, modernizing, and maintaining applications on GCP. Additionally, you will work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering teams to drive excellence in Google Cloud products and features.

This position requires deep technical security experience, industry experience and will have high visibility at the most executive levels of customer organizations, including frequent interaction with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, their staff, and GCP senior leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Engage and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Fleet Deployment stakeholders to uncover and understand objectives, new features and requirements, and pain points.

+ Apply knowledge of Google solutions and foundational architectural patterns to design of technical solutions that address business needs.

+ Articulate technical concepts, solution capabilities, and best practices clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding of proposed or developed solutions.

+ Deliver scalable and reliable solutions, drive system implementation efforts, and create operational efficiencies through automation, innovation, and technical improvements.

+ Provide technical expertise on complex initiatives including data analysis and engineering, process automations, and AI/ML mechanisms and support accelerate technical troubleshooting, blocker management, and scalable system design.
