    Job Title: Concrete Finisher

    Job Description

    The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and curing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and quality standards. The role involves working closely with other construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing.

    + Finish and cure concrete surfaces to meet project specifications.

    + Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success.

    + Utilize hand tools and power tools for concrete finishing tasks.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to execute project plans accurately.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques.

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA 10 certification.

    + Valid driver's license.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in commercial construction.

    + Skills in grinding, polishing, and sanding concrete surfaces.

    + Familiarity with formwork.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Shawnee, Kansas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
