    Global Engineering & Technology (GET) is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to join its training team for an on-site position in Germantown, Maryland, supporting the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Classification.

    eLearning Developer Duties:

    + Develops computer-based technical and policy training on both classified and unclassified systems

    + Maintains and improves existing training through the application of eLearning disciplines

    + Delivers training by various methods (in-person, virtual, computer-based) based on background and training provided by GET

    Compensation Range:

    + $110,000 - $150,000/year depending on experience and skill set

    Requirements

    Security Clearance:

    + This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance or DOE Q security clearance

    Education

    + Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

    Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

    + Five (5) years of direct training experience planning, organizing, and developing computer-based training

    + Experience with modern training techniques encompassing the development of course syllabuses, student evaluations, and working with subject matter experts in technical areas

    + Experience with Articulate, Storyline, and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent software) is highly desirable
