Job Title: Warehouse and Shipping Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Warehouse and Shipping Worker. This role involves performing various warehouse and shipping responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

+ Execute warehouse operations including assembly tasks using hand tools.

+ Interpret and utilize blueprints and schematics for panel wiring and mechanical assembly.

+ Conduct electrical and mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision.

+ Support general labor tasks within the warehouse environment.

+ Handle shipping processes efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch of products.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in assembly, hand tools, and blueprint reading.

+ Experience with schematic interpretation and panel wiring.

+ Strong skills in mechanical and electrical assembly.

+ General labor skills applicable to warehouse settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.

+ Minimum of 2 years of shipping experience.

Work Environment

This position operates on a first shift schedule, from 5:30am to 3:30pm, consisting of 9-hour days over the past 2-3 years. The work is conducted in a clean facility, ensuring a pleasant and organized environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
