    Job Description

    The Manual Assembler is responsible for the assembly of custom control panels and various electronic parts based on blueprints. This role requires an eye for detail, blueprint reading skills, and proficiency in math. The assembler ensures high-quality work and has the flexibility to work in teams, small batch production, or flow lines.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machines such as CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer as required.

    + Perform hand assembly of various products.

    + Complete final assembly and packaging of different assemblies.

    + Screen and separate various parts.

    + Record assembly time data and complete all associated routing, quality documents, and other related forms.

    + Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks and assist in other production areas as needed.

    + Focus on increasing productivity in all activities.

    + Follow necessary PPE requirements, ISO specifications, and company procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly.

    + Blueprint reading skills.

    + 1+ year experience in electronic assembly preferred.

    + Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and production processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A degree from a Technical School is a plus but not required.

    + Secondary education involving Electronics is desired but not required.

    + At least a 2-year degree in secondary education centered around Electronics plus industry experience is ideal.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
