Job Title: Blow Mold Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Blow Mold Operator with a passion for precision and quality. This role involves forming and blowing bottles, monitoring and adjusting machines, and ensuring product quality through rigorous checks and documentation. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to make necessary machine tweaks and changeovers.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor blow molding machines to produce high-quality bottles.

+ Perform machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.

+ Conduct quality checks and document results using Redzone.

+ Collaborate with experienced operators for comprehensive training over 2-3 months.

+ Ensure compliance with facility processes and GMP standards.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year experience as a Blow Mold Operator.

+ 1+ year experience in machine operation.

+ 3+ years mechanically inclined.

+ Proficient in troubleshooting and injection molding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mathematically inclined with 1+ year experience.

+ 1+ year experience operating a forklift.

Work Environment

Work in a GMP environment during night shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM, following a schedule of Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday, with workweeks ranging from 36 to 60 hours. Enjoy two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch. The role offers competitive pay with a premium rate.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
