    $106,700 – 130,500

    The Job You Will Perform:

    + Leads Manufacturing Work Systems (MWS) components at the Columbus Mill

    + Leads effective shutdown management processes and is responsible for the results

    + Improves maintenance workforce effectiveness by eliminating potential for delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of parts, equipment and personnel

    + Establishes and maintains consistent and disciplined planning processes in all areas of the Mill

    + Acts as overall mill Annual Outage Coordinator

    + Champion for Annual Outage and MWS and Global Manufacturing System (GMS) Elements

    The Skills You Will Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Prefer a minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred.

    + Planning and Managing Site Coordinators

    + Detailed knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations.

    + Ability to lead in a high-performance team environment and get work done through others.

    + Ability to collaborate with peers and work well work others.

    + Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP and all Microsoft Office applications.

    + Good decision-making, judgement and outstanding interpersonal skills are required.

    + High degree of organizational skills.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skill.

    + Working knowledge of equipment, trades skills, work execution, and reporting.

    + Proficient in Work Brain and time entry.
