Job Title: Repack Order Selector 2nd Shift
Job Description
Primarily responsible for supporting the Distribution Center by efficiently picking merchandise located in all order filling zones and labeling each carton to promote ease of identification and scanning.
Responsibilities
+ Accurately pick and label merchandise from primary pick locations.
+ Identify units of measure and correct merchandise accurately.
+ Account for damaged merchandise and prepare orders for transport to customers.
+ Meet quality and productivity standards.
+ Take direction from the Supervisor effectively.
+ Maintain excellent attendance and reliable predictability.
+ Adhere to Distribution Center housekeeping guidelines.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with forklifts, order picking, inventory management, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and material handling.
+ Ability to lift 60-80 lbs.
+ Commitment to safety standards and compliance with safety policies.
+ Excellent attendance record.
+ Willingness to work overtime as needed.
+ Good comprehension, organizational, and math skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management.
+ Ability to maintain records accurately and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
+ Team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma preferred.
+ Power Equipment certification is a plus.
+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rome, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
