Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in various areas throughout production and warehouse operations. This role includes tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, operating sit-down forklifts, grippers, and pallet jacks, using RF scanners, hand packing orders in crates, sanitation, and crate washing. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload trucks efficiently

+ Operate sit-down forklifts, grippers, and pallet jacks

+ Utilize RF scanners for inventory management

+ Hand pack orders into crates

+ Perform sanitation tasks and crate washing

+ Handle general labor and material handling duties

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of warehouse experience

+ 2+ years of forklift operating or pallet jack experience

+ Experience in shipping and receiving

+ Proficiency with RF scanners

+ Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience in dairy processing or GMP environment

+ Experience with high-volume production lines

+ Willingness to work 10-20 hours overtime

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs

+ Comfortable standing for long periods

+ Comfortable working in a colder environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42/hr.
