    **Pay** : $25 - $30 **Shift:** Monday - Friday (7a - 4p)

    Job Description

    We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team in Freeport. As a family-owned and operated general contractor since 1969, we have grown from a small team to one of the most reputable general contractors in the state. Primarily a construction management GC, we also perform small scopes of work on site. The Assistant Superintendent, reporting to the Site Superintendent, will occasionally perform light carpentry work, such as building temporary handrails on site. Other duties include dealing with subcontractors on site and helping them solve issues alongside the Superintendent. Day-to-day duties will focus on leading crews of general laborers.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform light carpentry work, such as building temporary handrails on site.

    + Deal with subcontractors on site and assist them in solving issues.

    + Lead crews of general laborers on a day-to-day basis.

    Work Environment

     

    Construction site environments. All outdoor work. Must be comfortable working outdoors. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
