Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking diligent and proactive individuals to join our team as General Laborers. Your main responsibilities will include cleaning up scrap materials, ensuring the production area is stocked with necessary materials, cleaning machines, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Clean up scrap materials in the production area.

+ Ensure that production has all necessary materials available.

+ Clean and maintain machines.

+ Assist with various general warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general production and labor.

+ Ability to operate machinery.

+ Proficient in assembly and production work.

+ Experience using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 6 months to 1 year of experience in operating, warehouse, or general labor roles.

Work Environment

Work in a metal manufacturing facility that can be loud and dusty. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes, jeans without holes, and a work-appropriate shirt, with no dangly jewelry. The role offers a second shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm with a $1 shift premium. Overtime hours are available with a first shift from 6:00am to 3:30pm and a second shift from 3:30pm to 1:00am. Enjoy paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Bend, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $22.72/hr.
