**Pay:** $17-21/hour to start (up to 25/hour if you already obtain CDL-A/Tanker/Air Brakes)

**Location: 2** .5 hour radius from the main shop in Newburg, PA. (Paid for travel to/from site)

**Schedule:** M-T | 5:30am-4:30pm | Overtime is expected!

Job Description

+ Drillers and Driller apprentice arrive in Newburg between 5:45am and 6am most days depending on the job site location.

+ They load up material and fuel up for the day and head to their first job.

+ Majority of work is on residential construction sites.

+ Driller will drive the Drill rig and the apprentice takes the service truck both of which require a CDL.

*The apprentice is there to be the Drillers right hand man. This will include a lot of labor work. Our goal for all apprentice’s is to master the helper role and begin learning the controls to become a Driller. Time frame for this progression is in the hands of the apprentice it depends on how fast they are able to learn. Communication and team work is key. Typically the jobs could be anywhere from right down the road to maybe 2 1/2 hours away. You ARE home each night between 4pm and 6pm depending on the job. Some nights maybe be later if there is an issue such as equipment breaking down. Typically a 4 day work week. Day off varies depending on weather.

+ Lifting up to 75lbs

+ Shoveling/raking

+ Hooking up hoses

+ Checking pressures

+ Other general labor related duties

+ Hand/power tools

Standard Attire:

+ Work Pants

+ Steel-toed boots

+ High-visibility vest/shirts

+ Hard hats

+ Gloves

+ Eye protection

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
