    Mechanical Assembler $29.29 + Shift Premium

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mechanical assembly of tank equipment, wiring, and conduit.

    + Conduct repairs on units, parts, and materials.

    + Read and understand schedules and workflow requirements.

    + Retrieve materials from storage for assembly.

    + Inspect assemblies for conformance to design criteria.

    + Keep tools organized and the work area orderly.

    + Write maintenance work orders.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience with basic hand and power tools.

    + 2+ years of blueprint reading experience.

    + Experience with mechanical assemblies, blueprints, schematics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

    Work Environment

     

    Clean environment with a team size of 60 assemblers on each shift. 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am), with overtime usually every other Saturday and no mandatory Sundays. Training will be held on 1st shift for 2-6 months (7am-3pm).

    This is a direct-hire position near Waukesha, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60923.20 - $60923.20/yr.

    80 hours of accrued vacation annually

     

    $1.25 premium for 2nd and 3rd Shifts
