Job Description

Join our team to work collaboratively in groups of 1-3, building various parts of industrial radiators. These are large-scale projects where you will use hand and power tools to secure builds, with some radiators as big as a semi-trailer. The role involves climbing on top of radiators using ladders or scissor lifts and operating an overhead crane to lift and move heavy objects. You will work across seven different assembly areas, constructing parts or full radiators, and perform leak tests once assembly is complete.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate in teams to build industrial radiator parts and assemblies.

+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly work.

+ Operate ladders and scissor lifts to access top sections of radiators.

+ Use overhead cranes to lift and move heavy objects.

+ Conduct leak tests on completed radiator assemblies.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience.

+ 1+ years of experience with power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Proficiency in using a tape measure.

+ 18 months of tenure from one company within the past 5 years.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with overhead cranes is beneficial.

+ Ability to read mechanical blueprints.

Work Environment

Build industrial radiators for warehouses, production facilities, and data centers. The facility is clean and organized but not temperature-controlled, so it can get hot during the summer. This role will report to the Assembly Supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
