**Position:** Bilingual Electronic Assembler Lead

**Location:** Miami, Florida

**Shift** : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assembly: Assemble electronic components, modules, and circuit boards with precision.

+ Blueprints and Schematics: Follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

+ Tool Proficiency: Use hand tools and machinery to assemble components efficiently.

+ Positioning and Alignment: Position and align parts and components correctly to ensure proper fit.

+ Verification: Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure quality.

+ Installation: Install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings accurately.

Quality Control:

+ Routine Inspections: Perform routine inspections to check for accuracy and quality.

+ Defect Identification: Identify and report any defects or issues during assembly.

+ Standards Compliance: Ensure that the assembled products meet specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

+ Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues promptly.

+ Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs as needed to maintain product quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

+ Basic English proficiency and fluency in Spanish.

+ Experience with cable, wiring, soldering, crimping, and custom cable making.

+ Proficiency with tools, soldering, and crimping.

Work Environment:

+ Cleanroom Setting: Work in a cleanroom setting where maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail is critical.

+ Standing: The role requires standing for long periods.

+ Dress Code: Wear appropriate cleanroom attire to ensure a contamination-free environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
