Job Description
The Cintas Technology & Analytics team is looking for a qualified Dynamics 365 solutions consultant to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of the Dynamics CRM system within Cintas. This role involves configuring and customizing the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the business, providing user support, managing data integrity, performing system maintenance and updates, managing security roles and permissions, integrating the CRM with other systems, and creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Server as primary point person for configuring, maintaining, and support Dynamics 365 CRM.
+ Provide application support to end users.
+ Configure system enhancements and processes in Dynamics 365 to make sure the system supports the needs of business stakeholders.
+ Review and create CRM customizations including plugins, JavaScript/HTML, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces (web resources), data integrations/migrations, and SSRS processes.
+ Configure and generate Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power BI dashboards and reports.
+ Managing security roles and permissions to ensure that users have appropriate access to the data and functionality they need while maintaining data security.
+ Serve as system technical liaison between business partners and technical resources.
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
+ Maintenance of data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with Cintas standards.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, solve, and manage production issues under time constraints with minimal supervision. Provide end-user support, resolve technical issues, and assist with training.
+ Responsible for creating and maintaining system documentation of Dynamics 365.
+ Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
+ High school diploma, required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology
+ Minimum 8 years of experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering with a strong emphasis on communication with the customer
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL, stored procedures, views, triggers, functions in SQL Server
+ Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience with specific knowledge/expertise in system configuration and customization, data management including data ingestion and transformation, security management, and cloud hosted technologies
+ Minimum 2 years of experience writing business requirements and developing, facilitating, and executing user test cases
+ Experience in Dynamics 365 as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics solutions, including SharePoint, MS Office OneDrive/OneNote, LinkedIn, and Adobe Sign
+ Hands-on experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, Dynamics SDK, Xrm ToolBox, CRM API
+ Experience with creating plug-ins, custom workflow activities, and web services in Dynamics 365
+ Prior experience with Microsoft Azure
+ Prior experience with developing reports using or Power BI
