    We are seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping Office Clerk to join our warehouse operation in Romeoville, IL

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    + Starting Pay Rate | $20.00/hr- $23.00/hr (Based on Experience)

    Job offers are conditional based on successful completion of drug screen, physical, and background check.

    JOB DUTIES:

    + Processes paperwork for next day’s shipping orders

    + Processes receiving paperwork on inbound shipments

    + Retrieves and maintains material test reports

    + Schedule loads and complete manifests for local trucks

    + Perform inventory cycle counts in the warehouse

    + Maintains office filing

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    + 2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced shipping office environment.

    + Good computer skills are required and a strong knowledge of Microsoft 360.

    + Good organization and communication skills.

    + The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.

    + You will be working in a manufacturing (industrial) shop environment that requires standing or walking for an extended period as you interface between the shop floor, plant supervision, and customers on a regular basis.
