DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Residential Services Supervisor, you will coordinate safe and healthy living environments and ensure individuals receive support and service. You will oversee the Interdisciplinary Team Process (IDT) and supervise a professional and non-professional staff that implement and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISP) which are responsive to treatment needs. You will also identify priority treatment needs and develop support procedures. This role requires the ability to a nalyze and interpret data used to determine the most beneficial course of action for individual care. In addition, you will function as an incident management point person and identify patterns, trends, and strategies to ensure individuals are healthy and safe as well as enforce facility policies and provide input to maintain an effective work force.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
+ Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
+ You will work 1 weekend day per month, 1 second shift per month, and 3 hours on third shift every quarter.
+ Overtime and travel as needed
+ Free parking
+ Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
+ Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Three years of professional experience providing therapeutic care and services for individuals with a developmental disability, which included the development and implementation of individual residential support plans and services, and possession of an active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania; or
+ One year of professional experience providing therapeutic care and services for individuals with a developmental disability, which included the development and implementation of individual residential support plans and services, and a bachelor's degree in human services, behavioral sciences, education, or nursing; or
+ Two years of professional experience providing therapeutic care and services for individuals with a developmental disability, which included the development and implementation of individual residential support plans and services, and a bachelor's degree.
Special Requirements:
+ You must meet the qualifications of a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
+ Applicants who qualify based on authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania who currently possess an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.

Do you meet the qualifications of a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations?
The requirements of QIDP are as follows:
Each client's active treatment program must be integrated, coordinated and monitored by a qualified intellectual disability professional who--
+ Has at least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities; and
+ Is one of the following:
(i) A doctor of medicine or osteopathy.
(ii) A registered nurse.
(iii) An individual who holds at least a bachelor's degree in a professional category specified in paragraph (b)(5) of this section.
To qualify under (iii), an applicant would just need a bachelor's degree in one of the professional categories listed in this section (i.e. a bachelor's degree in physical therapy). An applicant does not need to meet criteria associated with each of these professions. These are separate standards for professional staff performing actual roles in those areas.
