    1.3-5 years of Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing Experience

    2.Degree in Finance/ Management/ Account or Operations/ Purchasing

    3. CPSM/CPSD/CPM Certifications or equivalent

    4.Ability to manage contracts and vendors relationships

    Job Duties:

    Perform sourcing activities for IT and Telecom to include:

    o Establish and maintain constructive supplier relationships

    o Spend analysis

    o Lead cross-functional teams in developing company standards and policies on various categories under management

    o Perform market analysis

    o Responsible for program improvement and acquisition cost reduction

    o Develop category sourcing strategies

    o Perform RFIs, RFPs and reverse auctions

    o Negotiate contracts including Master Agreements, Scopes of Work, and Software orders and renewals.

    o Manage contract review process and execution process, in consultation with business stakeholders, legal counsel, and indirect sourcing manager.

    o Calculate negotiated and realized savings based upon approved methodology

    o Develop and execute implementation, communication and compliance plans

    o Other duties assigned as needed

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
