• Graphic Designer

    Cella Inc (Fort Worth, TX)


     

    Create and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotional materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.

     

    Evaluate and modify promotional and advertising programs as needed.

     

    Display creative problem-solving skills to meet client objectives.

     

    Proficient with Macintosh OS and software, including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

     

    Stay current with advancements in computer technology, hardware, and software.

     

    Possess an average to high degree of color acuity.

     

    Ensure work is reviewed for soundness of judgment, overall adequacy, and accuracy.

     

    Maintain frequent internal company and external contacts.

     

    Assist other designers as assigned by the supervisor.

     

    Demonstrate sensitivity to global and cultural differences in design work.

     

    Display a high degree of professionalism, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, negotiation skills, presentation skills, teamwork, and written and oral communication skills.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

     

    The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    BA or BFA- Major in Graphic Arts or Advertising Design.

     

    Portfolio of existing work that demonstrates design ability & potential.

    Skills:

    Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting quickly to rapidly shifting priorities to meet deadlines.

     

    Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budgetary constraints, and with a high degree of accuracy.

     

    Prioritize tasks and report changes in project status daily.
