Access various databases and systems to retrieve current data and update a variety of materials.

Proofread, fact-check, and verify statistics and facts against internal and external sources.

Compile circulation comments from legal, business, marketing, and creative associates onto a master document.

Follow production schedules, track deliverables, and escalate issues as appropriate.

Work collaboratively in a team environment across broad, diverse groups.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on economics, finance, statistics, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

1 to 3 years of experience in editorial, marketing, and/or data analysis, or recent college graduate.

Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to produce graphs and tables, efficiently use spreadsheets, and perform calculations and automation for processing large volumes of data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar and syntax.

Detail-oriented with proven ability to coordinate production processes and manage timelines.

Skilled in building relationships and working effectively across teams.
