We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital, at 8075 North Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46256

     

    Highlights

     

    Community Physician Network is seeking a **board-certified advanced practice provider** to join a well-established vascular team at our Community Hospital East clinic. We are seeking a **highly motivated** , **experienced** Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, or new graduate with **experience in** **vascular surgery,** **cardiology** **, ER, PCU or ICU** **firmly required** .

     

    + Vascular clinic and rounding responsibilities at Community Hospital East with cross-coverage at Community Hospital South

    + Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm schedule with weekend and holiday rotations required

    + Competitive compensation and benefits package

    Experience

    + 3-5 years’ experience required

    + Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.

    + Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
