As Senior Manager, Digital & Social Content Creation, you will lead the design and production of digital-first creative across organic and paid platforms. This role is part strategist, part maker — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to create compelling content that drives engagement, community, and performance. You will guide a design team responsible for website/e-comm product content and paid and organic digital/social content and produce compelling creative strategies and campaigns that inspire trust and loyalty across our leading health and wellness brands—Culturelle®, Lacteol®, AZO®, and Estroven®.
In close collaboration with Marketing and Digital Commerce teams as well as agency partners, you’ll transform data and insights into engaging experiences that elevate our brand presence and connect with our audiences in authentic and meaningful ways.

Responsibilities:
+ Design & Drive Content Strategy: Lead the development of bold, forward-thinking content strategies across all digital platforms, aligning with brand goals and emerging digital trends.
+ Creative Direction: Oversee the creative direction of all digital and social content—guiding designers to produce cohesive, compelling brand storytelling.
+ Asset Production: Plan and execute content tailored to platform-specific formats and audiences (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, websites, etc.) ensuring brand standards, visual quality, and strategic objectives are met.
+ Performance-Driven Storytelling: Use analytics and audience insights to continuously refine content design, format, and messaging to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
+ Team Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire and mentor a high-performing design team while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, and Brand teams to drive continuous improvement in brand execution.

You bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of hands-on experience crafting and leading digital content strategies for consumer brands, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) space.
+ A background in design with expertise in digital and social content creation.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive organic social media growth through creativity and content —you know how to shape creative execution to build brand love, spark engagement, and translate followers into loyal communities.
+ Design-forward thinking—proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, and video editing platforms, with a sharp eye for aesthetic, tone, and visual consistency.
+ A natural team leader and collaborator across functions and with external partners. A mentor, experienced in managing designers, copywriters, content producers and agency partners while fostering an energizing, idea-rich environment.
+ Data-savvy and performance-driven—strong skills in interpreting content metrics, optimizing digital performance, and applying insights to refine design strategies.
+ Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and content streams, keeping projects on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
