    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Ensure the cleanliness of the facility's public areas, office spaces, locker rooms, break rooms, and common use spaces.

    + Keep assigned areas and applicable equipment in good working condition.

    + Transferring product to concession stands/carts.

    + Assist in pre-event setup through various duties.

    + Assist in post event breakdown.

    + Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.

    + Proactively approach guests that may have a question, difficulty, or complaint.

    + Handle complaints, disturbances, or related problems with guests in an effective manner. Forward complaint to Supervisor or Event Manager as applicable.

    + Ensure guests are following all policies and code of conduct requirements.

    + Keep aisles, concourses, and stairs clear of guests while event is in progress.

    + Identify and respond to emergencies, involving Security or Supervisors as appropriate.

    + Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    High School degree/GED or equivalent is required
