The Assistant Registrar will support the office’s mission to create, maintain, protect, and analyze academic data and the academic records of current and former students. This position provides expertise in both technical and functional requirements of the Registrar’s Office, and helps to maintain several key systems (Workday, OnBase, Parchment, Starfish, Watermark etc.). The position is responsible for liaising with both the Information Technology and Institutional Research offices to ensure that the tools and services meet the needs of the Registrar’s Office and support the policies of the College. This position also supports reporting in the Office of the Registrar; the incumbent will extract, gather, summarize, and analyze academic data for reporting within the office and for stakeholders within the college.
This is a full-time, exempt, fixed term position ending on June 30, 2028, with a pay rate of $60,406. This position will be a key participant in the office with implementation of the Workday Student system, and will become the primary support person for the Registrar’s office.

+ Support office operations when others are working on implementation
+ Training and participation in implementation conversations
+ Provide understanding of the current system and align to future-state design requirements
+ Contribute to test scenario creation and participate in test case execution
+ Support go-live readiness activities by assisting in the certification of functional configuration and data completeness
+ Provide quality service for customers (students, faculty, staff, alumni) in person, by phone and by email
+ Adherence and enforcement of College policies is necessary
+ Commitment to abide by FERPA and other polices related to confidentiality of data and records
+ Demonstrate ability to establish effective and productive working relationships
Bachelor's Degree Required. Experience in the Registrar’s Office and familiarity with higher education ERPs (Ellucian Colleague and/or Workday Student). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency with technology including, but not limited to Google products and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Ellucian Colleague desired. Familiarity with Workday Student suggested.
Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting tools and techniques.
Strong trouble-shooting skills; excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to interact effectively with faculty, students and staff, and to provide excellent customer service; understanding of, or willingness to learn, the college’s curriculum and requirements, and desire to support its academic mission; appreciation of and commitment to maintaining best practices in data standards; knowledge of FERPA and commitment to professional integrity and maintaining confidentiality of protected student information; ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment under the pressure of deadlines.
