Are you a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead our dynamic office team and ensure seamless customer service and administrative operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a direct impact on our customers’ experience and the efficiency of our internal processes.
What You'll Do:
+ Lead, mentor, and support a Customer Care team—empowering them to perform at their best through training, clear direction, and ongoing performance feedback.
+ Own the customer experience: oversee onboarding of new clients, finalize contracts, and resolve service issues with a solution-oriented approach.
+ Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to support timely and accurate shipments and deliveries.
+ Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, invoices, and delivery records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
+ Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency through better tools, workflows, and teamwork.
What You Bring:
+ Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to motivate teams and build positive relationships across departments.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
+ Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
+ A keen eye for process improvement and a passion for delivering great customer service.
+ Flexible availability
