DESCRIPTION
The Senior Director, Sales Operations, is responsible for driving new business launch initiatives and strengthening operational effectiveness through proactive issue resolution management. This role ensures seamless collaboration between sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional partners to optimize operations and support overall company growth. The Senior Director will lead issue resolution management efforts, creating scalable systems to identify and resolve operational challenges across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
+ Drive New Business Launches and Priority Test Programs
+ Develop and implement strategies for successful implementation of new business launches.
+ Oversee priority test programs to increase success and evaluate test opportunities in other potential market opportunities.
+ Serve as the liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations on new business launches to ensure cohesive alignment and collaboration across all teams.
+ Issue Resolution Management
+ Establish and oversee structured processes to identify, escalate, and resolve operational and client-facing issues in a timely manner.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to address root causes of recurring challenges and implement preventive measures.
+ Monitor issue resolution KPIs and leverage data insights to improve systems, communication flows, and operational efficiency.
+ Act as an escalation point for high-impact issues, providing guidance and leadership to resolve complex problems effectively.
+ Monitor and Enhance Sales Operations Processes
+ Create and maintain centralized sales operation playbooks using workflows, critical paths, and industry best practices to scale operations efficiently.
+ Monitor, analyze, and report on process performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.
+ Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
+ Drive ongoing process and business improvements by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
+ Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience Requirements:
+ 8 years of related work experience.
+ 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
+ 3 years leading and managing cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive performance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
+ Strong proven business management acumen.
+ Masterful communication and leadership skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ High level of organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex operational environments.
+ Strong leadership and management experience overseeing teams ranging in skillset and career level.
