Your role at Dynatrace

This is a hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office.

We are looking for a high performer and Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our Business Systems organization (Corporate IT) in support of our growing business and advance the integration of Salesforce at Dynatrace.

You will play a key role in the configuration and design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its offerings. Moreover, you will implement and maintain solutions that balance the business needs with the technical requirements ensuring end-user satisfaction and ease of integration with other enterprise systems.

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for various projects including the development, and maintenance of our CPQ and Billing implementation and driving a seamless Quote-to-Cash business process.

What will help you succeed

+ Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that accurately track usage-based pricing and billing, including defining consumption-based pricing models, associating them with products and handling usage data.

+ Develop, test, troubleshoot, debug and document solutions throughout the development process and across the Salesforce platform using Flow, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, APIs and related components.

+ Write comprehensive documentation on process flows, technical objects and release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step-by-step order of operations) as well as configuration and solution design.

+ Using software development lifecycle (SLDC) principles and Agile methodology, be the Salesforce subject matter expert participating in sprint planning, story estimation, solution and technical documentation as well as release planning and execution.

+ Ensure all solutions pass the testing process and comply with industry best practices and Salesforce standards for security, data privacy, and governance.

+ Experience with Salesforce including configuration, Apex programming, flows and API integrations.

+ Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities such as QCP, subscription-based licensing, usage billing, amendments, co-terming and renewals is preferred.

+ Ability to build custom solutions and integrations for usage-based billing.

+ Experience with building and customizing AI bots for various use cases, such as customer service or sales automation.

+ Experience working with Salesforce Deployment tools such as Copado and DevOps center as well as an understanding of the nuances of CPQ deployments.

+ Salesforce certifications preferred, e.g., Salesforce Developer, Specialist, or Consultant paths.

+ Participation and ownership of product execution with Agile/ Scrum methodology preferred. Experience working in Jira is a plus.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $120K - $150K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
