WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Maintenance Coordinator, based at our Lockeford branch, is a dynamic role.
Reporting to our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll work to support the maintenance and operation teams.
A highlight of your day to day will include:
+ Reviewing and understanding equipment and machinery manuals to determine the standard operating procedures.
+ Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies and schedules.
+ Scheduling and organizing the PMs that come out each week..
+ Coordinating with maintenance supervisor to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
+ Estimating the time and resources needed for each maintenance job.
+ Tracking the inventory of spare parts and ensuring their availability for routine and emergency maintenance.
+ Searching and getting quotes for parts needed.
+ Placing orders for parts.
+ Utilizing maintenance management software to record, track and analyze maintenance work.
+ Working with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary tools, equipment, and parts.
+ Support communication board activities (VORN).
+ Upload prints from cage/rebar system operations (SCHNELL) weekly.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You have a self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively with other departments, vendors and co-workers and have strong verbal and written communication skills. You have a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), and familiar with utilizing software programs to coordinate, research, and update information as needed. You have solid organizational skills and familiar will maintenance parts and ordering processes. You’re a detail-oriented individual willing to ask questions when in doubt of what to do. You possess a strong sense of urgency with the ability to see projects to completion on a timely basis.
