    **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Workday Business Relationship Manager is integral to optimizing the use of the Workday platform to address operational challenges. This role also involves coordinating updates, collaborating with external partners, and presenting opportunities to leverage new Workday features.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    1. Workday Solution Design and Implementation:

    • Translate business challenges into scalable, effective Workday solutions.

    • Design, configure, and implement workflows and enhancements within Workday that align with operational goals.

    • Test and validate new configurations to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

    2. Relationship and Collaboration Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Workday account team, third-party solution providers, and external partners.

    • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to align goals and strategies.

    • Foster collaboration among internal departments to ensure cohesive solutions.

    3. Update Coordination:

    • Assess the impact of Workday updates on internal operations.

    • Plan and execute update rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit to business processes.

    • Provide training and support for teams to adopt and utilize updated features effectively.

    4. Workday Roadmap and Feature Optimization:

    • Monitor and understand the Workday roadmap to stay informed of upcoming features and functionality.

    • Present new capabilities to internal teams, highlighting opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Recommend and implement innovative solutions leveraging Workday advancements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    **EDUCATION** :

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    • Master’s Degree preferred.

    **EXPERIENCE** :

    • At least six years of experience supporting HR/Training functions or financial/supply chain, with a focus on Workday platform utilization.

    **LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION** :

    • Workday Pro Certification preferred.

    • Workday Module Certification preferred.

    **KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES** :

    • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Workday solutions to address business challenges.

    • In-depth knowledge of Workday related modules.

    • Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

    • Ability to manage relationships with vendors and partners effectively.

    • Strong organizational skills to coordinate updates and manage multiple priorities.
