Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.
+ Experience in customizing web pages and forms ( JSON , JavaScript, CSS , HTML , etc.)
+ Knowledge of relational database structure.
+ Experience with writing queries against a database ( MSSQL , WSDL , etc.)
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work with and support a team.
+ High level of computer literacy and must be adept with a PC and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office 365 software including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
+ Experience with processing confidential information.
+ Highly organized and able to maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment; including ability to prioritize work projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
+ Experience developing dashboards in data visualization tools including Tableau.
+ Ability to work independently and able to manage priorities and tasks.
+ Skilled in writing and maintaining process documentation.
+ Ability to present and train staff on complex material to technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Experience building import profiles and APIs within Omatic import tools or similar import tools.
+ Experience utilizing Power Apps.
+ Experience using The Raiser’s Edge Database (or other CRM ) to build queries, exports and perform data entry.
+ Foundational knowledge of AI technologies.
Job Description
Responsible for providing system support for Advancement Services’ software services and integrations through communication and customer service with university clients, developing and documenting business processes, providing technical training for University Advancement staff, and programming database tools for data management. Also, responsible for purchasing and installation of technical hardware and software within the division.
Job Duties
+ Coordinate technical maintenance, repair, ordering, software updates, and inventory. Manage, install, upgrade, test, and coordinate computer refresh cycle ( CRP ). Manage computer and handheld inventory and ordering. Maintain check-out process for laptops and other equipment. Assist with the procurement of new software and hardware for the division. This includes vetting of potential new hardware purchases and configuring for use within the division.
+ System maintenance and assistance in business process development for email, donation, and crowdfunding platforms.
+ Document technical business processes providing clear and effective instructions and documentation.
+ Collaborate and build online communication and donation experiences using HTML and CSS to create a UX/UI design.
+ Create and customize reports for clients, using programs including Power Automate and Power BI, through multiple platforms including but not limited to The Raiser’s Edge, NXT , GiveCampus, Luminate Online, SQL Management Studio.
+ Manage initial on-boarding of new employees to ensure computers and programs are operating and login is successful.
+ Assist in building and maintaining Omatic import solutions for data input into the donor alumni database from various systems including Luminate Online, GiveCampus, SAP , Touchnet, Banner, and other data sources.
+ Respond to and resolve customer and user issues with computer applications, software and hardware that are managed by University Advancement.
+ System manager for online platform and CRM , Luminate Online.
