+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 3-4 years min. experience in office environment
+ Customer service experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
+ Experience in planning events
+ Communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ 5-6 years of experience in an office setting
+ SAP experience
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit.
Job Duties
Provide administrative support and perform a variety of work activities including:
+ Assist the AAIII with everyday administrative support
+ Handle all registration issues, particularly overrides
+ Process all student travel
+ Scholarships – Offers, Compliance, Awards
+ Process all Faculty Course Evaluations –paper for in-person and electronic for online
+ Maintain Google Calendar and Live 25 – entering classes and conference/meeting schedules
+ Maintain inventory of all office supplies
+ Maintain the graduate database and enrollment reports
+ Submit facility work worders via AiM
+ Assist with scheduling, coordinate and gather data for events/meetings, special events, luncheons, as needed.
+ Website user
+ Other duties as assigned.
