    We have an outstanding Contract position for anFAA A&P Mechanicto join a leading Company located in theRocky Mount, NCsurrounding area.

     

    The Assembly & Test (AT) business unit is responsible for the assembly and testing of various products. We ensure the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and adherence to specifications. In this role, you will impact our AT business unit by ensuring the efficient assembly and testing of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

    Responsibilities :

    + Engine disassembly and re-assembly.

    + Responsible for reading and following quality work instructions and Print diagrams.

    + Ability to safely and properly handle hand tools, gigs, and fixtures.

    + Must handle non-hazardous cleaning solution.

    + Responsible for assembling and testing various products, ensuring their quality and functionality.

    + Contribute to the success of our operations and the overall growth of our business with your expertise and attention to detail.

    + Candidates will report directly to our Assembly & Test Manager and work out of our Rocky Mount location on a hybrid work schedule.

    + Assemble and test various products according to specifications.

    + Ensure the quality and functionality of the assembled products.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly and testing.

    + Minimum 2 years of experience with aircraft or aircraft component overhaul and repair.

    Desired Qualifications :

    + Associate's degree in a technical field.

    + Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly.

    + Knowledge of quality control processes.

    + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.

    + Able to interpret component repair manuals and technical work instructions.

    + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
