    Job Details:

    Position: Receiving, Sampling and Shipping Specialist

     

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

     

    Starting Hourly Pay: $30.00/hr

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    Computer Literacy & Internet Savviness: Comfortably navigate various software systems integral to our operations, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and shipping platforms.

     

    Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

    Responsibilities:

    + Receiving incoming shipments and matching them to expected inbound orders.

    + Prepping tools to be used to take samples from the incoming products (cleaning implements, cleaning workstation, etc.).

    + Taking samples from incoming products (taking photos, cutting strips or pieces of products, weighing them, bagging them and tagging them with codes) + data entry + organizing those samples for outbound shipments.

    + Packing samples into envelopes and boxes for outbound shipments. Generating, printing and organizing shipping labels and documentation.

    + Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of clutter to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
