Job Summary:

DT Professional Services is seeking a SharePoint / PowerApps Developer to join our team in Norco, CA! This position supports the design, development, and maintenance of low-code/no-code business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for improving business workflows, developing data-driven solutions, and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions including lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows

+ Build business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate

+ Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and provide user-friendly technical solutions

+ Develop and manage data models to transform raw data into actionable insights

+ Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance and data integrity

+ Migrate content and workflows across SharePoint environments as needed

+ Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online updates and best practices

+ Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical team members

+ Perform other related duties, as required

Basic Qualifications:

+ Active DoD Secret Clearance

+ Security+ Certification

+ 1–3 years of experience in SharePoint development

+ Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

+ Understanding of data modeling and database design principles

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly

+ Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services

+ Working knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Microsoft certifications in Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI

+ Experience supporting federal or defense agencies in a secure IT environment

+ Experience migrating SharePoint content and workflows between environments

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to solution development

+ Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Microsoft Teams integration

+ Knowledge of database design principles and relational data structures

The compensation range for this position: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
