Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will organize moderately complex cloud-related incidents with support from management while proposing and implementing solutions to quickly restore service in order to eliminate or minimize business impact to external and internal customers.

The Support and Tools - Operations Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Implement and coordinate various essential enterprise wide cloud-related changes.
* Analyze and implement essential changes that arise after provisioning cloud environments for applications.
* Provide technical expertise and support for cloud-hosted application releases.
* Monitor environments and recommend additional controls and governance.
* Facilitate communications about outages/changes between vendors and various internal stakeholders.
* Minimum Required Experiences *
* 2years of experience in Production Support
* Experience supporting the AWS Cloud Platforms
* Experience supporting automation frameworks
* Experience supporting mission critical applications in an on call setting
* Desired Experiences *
* 3+ years of experience in supporting Cloud Infrastructure
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* AWS Certifications
* Skills *
* Skilled in core AWS services
* Skilled in service management concepts and standards such as ITIL practices
* Ability to create and maintain relevant support documentation and knowledge articles
* Skilled in coordinating change management activities
* Skilled in coordinating change management activities
* Skilled in effective troubleshooting of AWS issues
* Ability to debug Python and Unix scripts to resolve production issues
* Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to train and mentor junior team members
* Ability to follow and implement best practice guidance
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams to resolve cloud related issues
* Ability to support 24/7 on-call rotation to support various applications in Productions
* Tools *
* AWS Core Services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, Fargate, EB, EMR, Glue, RedShift, IAM, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, , VPC, CloudFront, ELB, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, S3, EFS
* Programming Languages such as Python, Java
* Ticket-based systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA
* Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace
* Scheduling/Batch processing tools such as Autosys
* Automation tools such as Blue Prism, Sauce Labs, and Selenium
Qualifications
Education:
