**Job Title:** Warehouse Manager

Educational Requirements

+ High school diploma.

Work Experience Requirements

+ 3 to 5 Years warehouse supervisory experience, certified forklift driver, working knowledge of OSHA regulations, working knowledge of MS Office.

Job Duties:

+ Make sure that all orders released for shipment are filled on time

+ Ensure the quality of our product

+ Maintain the plant and all plant equipment including cleanliness.

+ Supervise all receiving and shipping personnel for all shifts

+ Consolidate inventory to make efficient use of storage space

+ Report all warehouse hours, vacation time, & PTO to HR manager

+ Coordinate workload with Sales department for holidays and changes in customer demand

+ Assist upper management in developing, interpreting, and implementing company policies and procedures

+ Responsible for employee conformance to established practices

+ Direct warehousing of goods, equipment, and supplies

+ Review and maintain ISO operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, maintenance and safety

+ Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities

+ Responsible for training new employees

+ Report all warehouse measurables in monthly staff meetings

+ Coordinate all returns with Purchasing department and QC department

+ Must have good soft skills to support interaction with employees, internal customers, vendors and service providers as needed

+ Warehouse Management System (VMI) and an understanding of vendor managed inventories preferred.

+ Be safety conscious at all times and report any safety related questions or concerns immediately.

Position: Full-time

Salary: $62,000-68,000

Work Location: In-person, Kennesaw, GA

Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
