Who You Are:
This position oversees the delivery and execution of supportive services to residents living in Catholic Charities' Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) properties. All residents are adults or families who have experienced chronic homelessness (1+ years homelessness with a disabling condition) and include seniors, Veterans, DV survivors, and households with special needs including mental illness, addictions disorders, and chronic health conditions.
What You Will Work On:
+ Program implementation and oversight of resident services, including leading coordination among all on-site services providers, both internal and external.
+ Follows federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws to ensure equity within the project.
+ Facilitates ongoing meetings among teams and program providers. Represent CCO in neighborhood settings and service provider networks; build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders.
+ Monitors overall move-in, stabilization, and community support with partner agencies during the initial lease up process and fills vacancies within the portfolio on an ongoing basis.
+ Collaborates with County Coordinated Entry Teams, CCO Housing team, and Property Manager to ensure that units are vacated and turned according to CCO Policy.
What You Bring:
Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences
+ Bachelor's degree in social services or human services or equivalent lived and/or worked experience required. Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
Experience Requirements/Preferences
+ At least 1 year experience working with and demonstrated understanding of unique challenges for vulnerable adults including those experiencing long-term homelessness, trauma, mental illness, addictions, chronic medical needs, and domestic violence.
+ 3-5 years' experience managing social service-related programs, including experience working in PSH programs, with staff supervision, program development, and budget management.
+ Outstanding leadership skills with 2-3 years supervisory experience showing progression (Preferred).
+ At least two years' experience managing social service-related programs, including experience with staff supervision, program development, and budget management.
+ Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Background and MVR Screening:
Satisfactory results from pre-employment criminal and civil background screening required. Motor vehicle records (MVR) review required as needed.
