    Summit Park Communities is seeking a Gatekeeper for our active Community Clubhouse!

    Duties for Gatekeeper Include:

    + Greeting and welcoming residents/guests

    + Check for valid I.D. from all patrons entering the facility

    + Review reservations

    + Ensuring proper administrative items are stocked and available for registrations

    + Assisting residents and guests with their inquiries and requests

    + Executing tours of the clubhouse to new residents and guests as needed

    + Assisting with events as needed

    + Supporting kitchen team with food running as needed

    + Other duties as assigned by clubhouse manager, events coordinator and chef

    Job Requirements:

    + Ability to work weekends and summer holidays as needed

    + Follow all rules and regulations given by management and the company

    + Must be willing to complete criminal background check

    + RAMP certified or willing to obtain certification

    + Personable and friendly attitude

    + Ability to multi-task
