    Zantech is looking for a talented Management Analyst SME with a Secret Clearance to support overarching acquisition workforce management as well as career field management for scientists, development engineers, and program managers.

     

    This upcoming position focuses on developing and implementing workforce development strategies and policies.

    Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

    + Develop policies for STEM workforce recruitment, retention, and development

    + Propose innovative HR management practices for technology development

    + Support career field management for civilian and officer program management

    + Create learning and development strategies for future leaders

    + Advocate for advanced academic degrees in scientific disciplines

    + Collaborate with diverse stakeholders on technical objectives

    Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

    + At least 20 years' experience in Government Civilian personnel management

    + With 4+ years on civilian workforce personnel policy

    Required Certifications/Education:

    + Master's degree

    Required Security Clearance:

    + US Citizenship and with an Active Secret clearance, per contract requirements.
