    What We Need:

    The Lead Total Rewards Analyst at Brady will play a pivotal role within the Total Rewards team, overseeing the development and implementation of our company's total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits programs and payroll. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, and entails supporting all operational aspects of the Total Rewards team, conducting in-depth analyses to drive strategic insights, and providing essential support to HR business partners worldwide. This role reports directly to the Global Director of Total Rewards.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.

    + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in total rewards.

    + Partner with HRIS to leverage technology for enhanced payroll, benefits and compensation process administration.

    + Lead the Payroll Coordinator and act as liaison between Brady and our payroll processing vendor. Serves as backup for processing of vendor invoices for Total Rewards.

    + Participate in all compensation activities, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, creating and enhancing compensation structures, developing controls and completing audits and identifying ways to improve upon current compensation practices.

    + Collaborate in the strategic development of new compensation programs and policies to align with organizational goals.

    + Work with the team to administer the annual merit and bonus process in Workday, including coordination of merit budgets, ensuring accuracy of bonus payout calculations, and preparation of communications and training materials.

    + Utilize Payfactors to automate benchmarking and conduct pay equity analyses, ensuring proactive insights and compliance with regulations.

    + Stay updated on pay transparency and pay equity regulations. Collaborate with key stakeholders to raise awareness, devise roadmaps, and implement strategies for compliance.

    + Determine global salary survey needs, participate in surveys, and interpret results to benchmark current practices effectively.

    + Assists with administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.

    + Assist with the development and maintenance of employee benefits communication materials including plan documents, employee notices open enrollment, annual benefits benchmarking and renewal process.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

    + 3 - 5 years of broad compensation / benefits administration experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to see the big picture but has the desire to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

    + Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive mindset for process improvement and problem solving.

    + Mindset for continuous improvement with the ability to speak up when an opportunity is identified.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration and clarity.

    + Dedication to building and maintaining strong relationships to drive successful outcomes.

    + Experience with HRIS systems including Workday, ADP, UKG and Compensation systems including PayFactors/PayScale.

    + Payroll experience is a plus.

    + Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or PHR certification is a plus.
