Role Summary:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled **Administrator Construction Manager** to join our team in **Circleville, OH** . In this key role, you will oversee Outside Plant (OSP) construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, municipal representatives, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure, ensuring seamless and effective construction processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
+ Oversee OSP construction projects, ensuring contractor work meets quality standards and project design specifications.
+ Coordinate with state/local municipalities, utility departments, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
+ Collaborate with the Construction Supervisor and OSP Engineer to drive project success and ensure smooth execution.
+ Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-builts, invoicing, timesheets, and reporting.
+ Monitor project progress, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
+ Participate in pre-construction meetings, addressing potential challenges and ensuring all parties are aligned.
+ Investigate and report any plant damage during construction activities.
+ Manage material and logistics, ensuring the timely availability of required resources.
+ Support project inspections, both pre- and post-construction, to ensure all work is completed to specification.
+ Ensure compliance with Work Zone Protection (WZP) and Traffic Control Plans (TCP).
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
+ Minimum of **5 years** of combined Outside Plant (OSP) construction and splicing experience.
+ Strong understanding of **OSP construction standards, practices** , and **safety requirements** .
+ Experience with **permitting requirements** , **traffic control plans** , and **project scheduling** .
+ Ability to monitor and manage project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, municipalities, and internal teams.
+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically manage project materials.
+ Willingness to work overtime, be on-call as needed, and occasionally travel overnight.
+ A valid **driver’s license** is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
+ Familiarity with **OSP Unit Descriptions** , **SSP contracts** , and **JIM process** .
+ Experience with **plant damage investigation** and reporting.
+ Strong background in **permitting** and **project inspection** .

**Pay Details:** $43.35 to $48.01 per hour
