    **Job Title:** Contract Administrator

    **Location:** _Remote_

    **Job Type:** Full-time | Consultant (12 Months)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)

    **Pay Rate:** $32.16 per hour

    **Eligibility:** This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

     

    About the Role

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Contract Administrator** to support one of the most innovative aerospace programs in the nation. In this fully remote role, you’ll work independently and directly influence how major government and commercial contracts are structured, negotiated, and executed. From creating complex proposals to driving contract compliance, your work will support mission-critical initiatives and long-term program success.

    What You'll Do

    + Create, draft, and negotiate multifaceted government and commercial contracts and proposals

    + Interpret contractual documents and ensure full compliance with internal policies and customer regulations

    + Guide internal teams on legal terms, warranties, and contract administration

    + Analyze contract risks, obligations, and performance metrics

    + Interface directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues

    + Manage and report on contract progress, status, and milestones

    + Support small projects and continuous improvement (CORE) initiatives

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract execution aligns with business goals

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience _OR_ Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience _OR_ 9+ years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Background in aerospace contracting

    + Familiarity with FAR/DFAR, particularly FAR 12 and FAR 15

    + Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel

    + Experience handling a variety of contract types including NDAs, MOAs, Licenses, and Settlements

    + Experience with customer-facing roles involving negotiations and compliance

    + Legal, MBA, or related advanced degree is a plus
