Position Summary: Luminator Technology Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our Mass Transit division. This role is pivotal in overseeing Supply Chain/Inventory Optimization, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, and driving supply chain process improvements. The ideal candidate will provide both strategic and tactical support, ensuring optimal cash flow, inventory efficiency, and customer on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

+ Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover rates.

+ Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.

+ Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline supply chain operations and implement best practices.

+ Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

+ Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of education.

+ Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

+ Skills:

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools.

+ 3+ years as a Supply Chain Analyst, Sourcing Specialist, or Commodity Buyer.

+ 3+ years implementing lean concepts (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Leadership, 5S, etc.).

+ Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes.

+ Certificates & Licenses: CPIM, CSCP, PMP, Lean Manufacturing, and Six-Sigma Green Belt preferred.
