    What you need to know about this position:

    + Recognized as one of the top 50 Cardiovascular Hospitals by IBM Watson Health, our nurses partner with cardiologists to treat heart patients and peripheral vascular disease.

    + Our Cardiac Cath unit includes 3 Cath labs and 9 outpatient rooms, and our team plans for 7 cases per day.

    + A Cath Lab – Invasive Radiologic Technologist in this department will have an hourly base rate of $27.65. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

    + In this position you would be scheduled to work 40 weekly hours, day shifts (varying start/end times between 6:30a - 5:30p); considered full-time, Monday through Friday.

    + This position has a 30 min. response time, call requirement to be a part of a 4-person team for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    + With at least 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible.

    What is required for this position:

    + Upon hire, you must have:

    + Associate’s degree (A.A.), or equivalent from a two-year college, or hospital-based school of Radiologic Technology required. Any and all must be approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

    + Previous Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience preferred

    + Indiana X-Ray Machine Operators License

    + Registration from American Registry of Radiologic Technology

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

     

    This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. The position must regulary wear 10+ pounds of lead apron.
