    Job Purpose:

    The Contract and Lease Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Real Estate and Contracts & Leasing teams in managing lease agreements and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst will be responsible for managing several administrative and data functions.

     

    The starting salary is $55,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

    What You'll Do:

    + Responsible for maintaining the database system (Costar Real Estate Manager) for owned, leased and concession (hotel, airport, and other concession) properties in North America & Canada.

    + Review and Analyze Lease Documents (Leases, Amendments, Renewals, Subleases) and Airport Concession Agreements.

    + Perform the Abstraction of Lease data and payment set up for all North American Locations including Airports.

    + Review invoices, statements, and payment adjustments; including monthly recurring rents, one-time payments, and rent adjustments.

    + Review and prepare annual NNN reconciliations according to lease requirements, in addition to reconciling unbalanced ledgers.

    + Manage Hertz/Landlord payment relationship to include resolving Landlord related disputes in accordance with lease provisions.

    + Resolving rent and other payment related landlord/tenant issues and discrepancies.

    + Additional duties as assigned.

    What We're Looking For:

    Educational Background

    + BA or BS or office management experience is required

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree (Associates is acceptable with prior work experience).

    + Must have a working knowledge with Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel & Outlook.

    + Experience in managing administrative tasks or operating in a corporate environment.

    + Commercial or residential real estate experience and/or paralegal experience preferred.

    + Polished written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of topics and audiences including external stakeholders

    + Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of performance when faced with obstacles and headwinds

    + Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, relationship building, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations

    + Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view

    + Proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications

    + This position requires a high level of organization and an ability to assess and prioritize tasks
