We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands.
Overview
The Supervisor, Technical Project Management plays a key role within Zenith’s Media Audience Team, overseeing complex, data-driven marketing projects. This role bridges media, analytics, and technology teams—ensuring timely delivery of audience segmentation initiatives, analytics deployments, and technical workflow execution.
You won’t be coding or building models yourself—but you will be the project lead translating technical plans into actionable roadmaps, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and keeping efforts aligned with clean room standards and data privacy requirements. A strong grasp of data platform capabilities (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), workflow tools (Asana, JIRA), and media targeting concepts is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain clear understanding of overarching strategy and purpose on all assigned projects.
+ Lead project management of operational tools, systems, and workflows across media, analytics, and engineering teams to support audience strategy, campaign insights, and machine learning initiatives.
+ Own and manage end-to-end project plans for audience builds, analytics activations, clean room integrations, and model deployment timelines—ensuring timely delivery.
+ Translate technical and analytical workstreams (e.g., ML modeling, data pipelines) into actionable project roadmaps and clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Coordinate deliverables across cross-functional partners including data science, strategy, investment, media, and operations teams.
+ Monitor timelines and risks across SQL-based environments and data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
+ Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA) to manage tasks, track blockers, and maintain accountability across teams.
+ Facilitate stakeholder communications that bridge technical and business contexts, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum.
+ Track audience development and analytics deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign or platform goals.
+ Escalate project risks and roadblocks promptly and collaborate on resolution.
+ Apply governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
+ Drive consistency and efficiency by maintaining scalable, repeatable project management workflows.
+ Support broader transformation initiatives to improve operational agility, cross-functional collaboration, and data activation practices.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree required.
+ 3+ years in project management or client operations within a media, marketing, or advertising agency.
+ Experience managing or supporting analytics or technical workstreams is strongly preferred.
+ Agile, Scrum, or PMP certifications are a plus.
Technical & Platform Literacy:
+ Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks from a project management perspective.
+ Understanding of marketing data pipelines, audience segmentation, and measurement frameworks.
+ Proficient in workflow tools like Asana, JIRA, and the Google Suite.

+ Able to lead meetings, provide timely updates, and drive accountability across teams.
+ Collaborative and solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
