Overview
The Senior Analyst of Data Enablement will be working in a hands-on and supportive role in the company’s Data Enablement Department. This team is responsible for processing and maintaining all the data that flows into the company, as well as the being the face of PHM regarding data needs from HCP publishers.
This individual will work very closely with internal and external partners, along with industry vendors, to monitor data transfers, perform data QA’ing and maintain documentation. The individual will also support the Director of Data engineering to enforce enterprise-wide data processes and protocols.
Responsibilities
+ Support portfolio of data projects across different clients in the agency
+ Work closely with different teams such as Media Tech, BI, Media, Strategy, Investments and Tech & Data
+ Leverage the agency warehouse and ETL solutions to execute data transfers in a fast-paced environment
+ Monetize data flow automation to retrieve, transform and load data
+ Execute data management tasks such as data feed and metadata management
+ Review processes to ensure data stability, security, and compliance
+ Present issues, trends & recommendations to internal and external teams in a clear, concise & focused manner
+ Provide issue resolutions with the Data Engineering, Technology and Data and BI teams
+ Maintain best practices for handling, storing, and using data
Qualifications
+ BS Degree in one of the following subject areas; Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
+ Ability to track and resolve BI and database related incidents as well as requests
+ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
+ Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
+ Strong understanding of ETL and data warehouse principles
+ Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
+ Technical documentation skills
+ Ability to present complex ideas in user-friendly language
+ Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
+ Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment
Specific Skills Required:
+ Minimum 2 years SQL experience, 1 year of ETL experience, 2 years analyzing data sets
+ Minimum 2 years BI experience (Power BI, Datorama)
+ Strong excel and data warehouse knowledge
+ Experience with large data sets
+ Experience with Web and Digital marketing data a plus
+ Tools:
+ SQL Server
+ BI Platforms – Datorama, Power BI (preferred)
+ Cloud Technologies – Databricks (preferred), AWS, Azure (preferred)

Compensation Range: $72,390 - $98,720 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
