Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the “VM1” Verizon media team within Zenith. You will support senior project managers in coordinating and supervising multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch or grow their career in project management and contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Responsibilities
Project Management
+ Assist senior project managers in managing and coordinating projects throughout the lifecycle
+ Support the team in assigning and tracking project tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met.
+ Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting
+ minutes. Ensure that all project information is up-to-date and accessible.
Communication/Collaboration
+ Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work,
+ communicates clearly to team and provides proper materials/documentation when necessary
+ Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, internal team members,
+ and external vendors.
+ Coordinate key meetings with stakeholders to keep projects on task and keep calendars current
+ Maintain key contacts lists for all project stakeholders and develop email aliases by team/project
Operations
+ Drive team adoption of project management methodologies and collaboration tools
+ Contribute ideas for process improvements and assist with their implementation.
+ Prioritize and streamline tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiencies
Qualifications
+ Exhibits strong communication skills, including clear writing and professional speaking, strong
+ listening skills and tactfully communicates positions on relevant issues
+ Familiarity with project management software/tools (ie Trello, Asana, Smartsheet, etc)
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies/ framework (ie waterfall, agile, hybrid)
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Initiative and personal responsibility for work
+ Accountability and flexibility
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google G-Suite
+ Interest in artificial intelligence and/or other modern technology tools to streamline processes
+ 1-3 years of project management experience within a client management/agency environment

Compensation: $49,305 - $71,64 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
